Mr. Berner has had overall project responsibility in the industrial sector with a focus on automotive, chemicals and energy, logistics, wholesale and retail trade fields. He has in-depth project experience in Europe.
Mr. Berner completed his studies in business management at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Muenster, Germany. He then went on to assume executive positions at various leading European banks with responsibility for corporate finance issues, most recently as the Head of Structured Finance for a major Dutch bank.
