He has also designed effective corporate governance models and change management programs for several multinational conglomerates.
Mr. Wrona has in depth experience as a project manager in major industries including industrial goods, mechanical engineering, plant construction, infrastructure and automotive as well as in media, retail and real estate.
Konstantin Wrona studied International Business at Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, Germany and Anglia Business School Cambridge, UK. He joined Stern Stewart & Co. in 2003.
