
Gerhard Nenning is an expert in the field of corporate steering: market scenarios, development and implementation of business strategies, finance and capital market strategies as well as portfolio management and capital allocation. Other focus areas are corporate governance systems, holding and finance organization and post merger integration.
Mr. Nenning can draw on many years of experience as project leader in various industries: consumer, service and retail sector, real estate, logistics, energy as well as in mechanical engineering and industrial construction. He has gained substantial international experience in Continental Europe, the UK and in North America.
After receiving his banking training at Deutsche Bank, he completed his studies in business, economics and political science at the University of Cologne, Germany, and McGill University in Montreal, Canada. After his degree, he went on to work as a consultant in Canada and Germany. Mr. Nenning also shares his hands-on expertise as a visiting lecturer of the University of Vienna, Austria.
