Dr. Maximilian Koch is an expert in the areas of corporate governance, organizational re-design and in the development of value-based compensation systems. In addition, he has been an avid supporter of various change management processes as well as comprehensive training and communication initiatives.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. Koch has successfully managed numerous projects in major industries, including plan construction, automotive, consumer goods, logistics and in the insurance and re-insurance sector. He has international experience in continental Europe, North and South America as well as in the Middle East.
After receiving his banking training at Dresdner Bank, Dr. Koch went on to earn a doctorate at St. Gallen University, Switzerland. While completing his dissertation, he worked for a major Swiss bank in the Private Equity and M&A sector. At the end of 1996, Dr. Koch moved on to work for a GE Capital subsidiary in Brussels, Belgium before joining Stern Stewart & Co. GmbH.
