What we are looking for
- Professional qualifications: in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, information management, econometrics or applied mathematics. Other subjects will be considered provided the applicant is able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of economics. We expect applicants to have obtained good grades, to have a sound grasp of written and spoken German and English, strong analytical skills and relevant experience working in industry or within a consultancy practice.
- Personal attributes: an entrepreneurial approach, lateral thinking, creativity, outside interests, initiative, a proven team-player, enthusiasm, skills in communication and moderation and some international experience.
We invite successful applicants for a day of interviews at our Munich office. This comprises one-on-one interviews with experienced consultants as well as a 30-minute presentation. We are interested not only in your academic and professional past, but also in your problem-solving abilities and your analytical and creative skills. If you are able to persuade us that you are the right person to join us, we will send you an offer. However before you make a decision you will be given ample opportunity to make further visits to our offices and to have additional conversations with our staff.
