FAQFAQ

What differentiates Stern Stewart & Co. from other consulting companies?
As an independent partnership and as a consulting boutique we are specialized in two areas: Strategy and evaluation as well as organization and steering. Next to the point of view of the specific industry, we also take the perspective of the capital market. When looking for a solution, we believe that an unconventional way is the best.

We don’t live the typical competitive culture of a management consultancy, but rather an entrepreneurial culture with regard for the human factor. Our employees share in the success of the company and are living out the ideas of entrepreneurship and empowerment. We are more than consultants: in the Stern Stewart Institute we promote within the frame of the Annual Summit the dialogue between thinkers and movers in the business circuit. And with our foreign aid projects within the frame of the Stern Stewart Foundation, we are trying to help create value not only in an economic sense, but also in a social one.
