Depending on your qualification, Stern Stewart & Co. offers a variety of entry possibilities. All positions have one thing in common though: We expect a lot from you and we offer a lot to you. The boutique character of our company offers special opportunities on almost every career step.
- As a trainee. Stern Stewart offers high-performing students of bachelor and master courses the opportunity to get to know the consulting environment in traineeships of at least 10 weeks. You will be a full member of the project team and work under the supervision of experienced consultants with a high level of responsibility. High performing trainees are offered a job at the end of their traineeship.
- As a bachelor graduate. Graduates of bachelor degrees enter Stern Stewart & Co. with an unlimited contract as an analyst. From day one you are part of a project team. Due to the small size of our teams at the client, you will very quickly have client contact and have the responsibility for sub-projects. If your performance was good, then after a year we will either support your master courses after which you come back to Stern Stewart or you can directly be promoted to the level of consultant.
- As a graduate of a diploma or master course. After the successful completion of your university courses, you will start your career with us as a consultant. Very quickly you will have the responsibility for your own work steams – naturally with the support of experienced consultants at the client’s site. This is possible due to the small size of our project teams. The degree of responsibility is strongly related to your performance and your dedication. The goal is to gain a broad overview of our fields of competence and get to know various industries.
- As a graduate with additional qualifications (MBA, PhD). With an MBA of a renowned business school or a PhD, you will enter Stern Stewart & Co. as an Associate. Due to your qualifications, quickly assuming responsibility for separate work streams will be expected of you. You will learn to think in an entrepreneurial manner and will be strongly involved in the solution finding process on projects. This will be based on our consulting approaches. With the support of experienced colleagues you will be brought along into taking over leadership and building client relationships. The goal is to prepare you for the tasks of the next level of your career.
- As a professional. Depending on the level of your experience, your activities and responsibilities, Stern Stewart & Co. will offer you a tailored entry into our company. Relevant experience means for us on this level that you have already led project teams or have taken on budget or personnel responsibility. In addition to this, your professional experience should be related to our consulting field.
